MEZZA LLC provides a 30-DAY Return Policy on physical products provided that the procedures and requirements referred to below are followed:(No exchanges are available on any products we sell.)
Refunds on physical products may only be made within 30-days of receiving the merchandise. "Buyer must pay all shipping Fees for Returned Products"
Products that are returned to MEZZA LLC with missing, damaged, signs of wear, or altered Box/Package, Parts, or Accessories will be either refused or charged a restocking fee equal to or greater value than 20%.
If you received physically damaged product(s) shipped to you, take photos of the damaged product(s) inside the box/package the way you received them, Send Photos to: email@example.com then simply pay for shipping, and return the product(s) to MEZZA LLC, we will investigate if the product(s) were damaged by MEZZA LLC, or the shipping carrier, etc...
Please allow 7-Days after We receive the damaged return product(s) to investigate and make a decision about the damaged Products/Refund process. (Lost packages: first and foremost refer to the tracking number provided when you purchased your product(s) the tracking number will show the progress of the shipment and when it was delivered to the buyer(s) address, the same applies if the buyer is returning product(s) to MEZZA LLC request a tracking number through the shipping carrier, then Refer to the tracking number when you return the product(s) MEZZA LLC is not responsible for any packages that show that they were delivered to the proper address, and now is somehow Lost. Refer to the shipping Carrier to resolve the issue. (If MEZZA LLC is proven to be at fault for Lost package(s) then We will issue a Refund for Product(s) that were lost "excluding original Shipping Fee's"
Digital Products: There are no Refunds on any Digital Goods/Products/eBooks of any kind: "Purchase as is"
There are no Refunds on Sports Card(s) Trading Card(s) Collectibles or Memorabilia of any kind: "Purchase as is"
We have the right to cancel the order(s) under the following circumstances:
The payment is not cleared by PayPal or Stripe
There is a problem with the shipping address.
The buyer is unresponsive and doesn't answer messages
In case of a Pricing Error.
